After 6 years of global decline, London House marked Herbal Essences return to growth behind a strategic shift to an authentic Naturals brand. The challenge was how to convince and engage P&G’s European customers, influencers and brand teams that Herbal Essences has the vision, strategies and plans to lead the naturals category. We chose to let everyone “experience” Herbal Essences with a multi-sensory visit to our exclusive London Townehouse.
